Terms and Conditions & Cancellation Policy

TERMS & CONDITIONS:-


• Railway birth depends completely on Railway Authorities.

• Food during Train Journey not provided by us.

• For reservation 40% per head shall have to be deposited and final payment will have to be made

before 15 days from the date of journey.

• If anybody cancel the tour after reservation the seats, the amount shall be refundable to the

passengers after deduction the amount on his total bill in the manner stated below.

• If there in any increase in railway, bus fare, car fare and passenger tax the difference amount

has to be borne by the party.

• Booking of seats means that the passengers has accepted the terms and conditions of

TARAKNATH TRAVELS knowing it clearly.

• Passengers should be responsible for their own luggages.

• Management will not undertake any liability towards any loss/damage of life/property, any

breakage or any other belongings whatever of the Tourist-caused by any accident / theft /

robbery or any other untoward happenings during the tour.

• When tour cancelled by the management the entire amount deposited by the party shall be

refunded within 60days from the schedule date of journey.

• In case of Natural Calamities Tour has been cancelled, 20% cancellation charge of total tour

cost.

• In case of Natural Calamities if rail, air will be cancelled by the authority, 20% will be deducted

from the tour value at per head basis and rest of the amount will be adjusted as per choice of

the party with any other tour company within one year.

• Entire amount of advance payment will be forfeited in the case of journey cancelled by the party

as per rules of the company.

• In case of single person full room fare of various sector of the said tour have to pay additionally

along with the packaged tour amount.

• Tour programme may be changed due to natural calamity, disruption of communication, political

disturbance and also rail transport problem.

• Manager reserves right to change or alternate the final progamme during the tour.

• The passengers are expected to co operate, show restraint, patience and behave properly during

the tour.

• Any dispute will be solved in Serampore Jurisdiction.

 

CANCELLATION RULES:-


• After Booking AC & SL Class Passengers Rs.1000/- & Rs.700/- + 10% per head of the package

cost.

• 120 days before AC & SL Class Passengers Rs.1000/- & Rs.700/- + 20% per head of the

package cost.

• 90 days before AC & SL Class Passengers Rs.1000/- & Rs.700/- + 30% per head of the package

cost.

• 60 days before AC & SL Class Passengers Rs.1000/- & Rs.700/- + 40% per head of the package

cost.

• 30 days before AC & SL Class Passengers Rs.1000/- & Rs.700/- + 45% per head of the package

cost.

• 15 days before AC & SL Class Passengers Rs.1000/- & Rs.700/- + 60% per head of the package

cost.

• No Refund is Allowed of Cancellation is made within 10 days.
