Day 1

THE TOUR START.

Start from Howrah Station at 20:25hrs by 13009 Doon Express for Haridwar Station

Day 2

Reaching Haridwarstation at 04:18hrs and transfer to hotel within 09:00hrs. After breakfast free and
individual activities. Evening sandhya arati darshan at Har Ki Pauri Ghat. Night stay at Haridwar Hotel.

Day 4

for Guptakashi

After Breakfast Start from Haridwar Hotel at 08:00 hrs by Tempo Traveller or Bus(2/2) for
Guptakashi. Reaching Guptakashi at 19:00hrs and transfer to Hotel/Guest House(Family wise room).
Night stay at Guptakashi.

Day 5

for Kedarnath

Start from Guptakashi at 07:00hrs by Tempo Traveller or Bus(2/2) for Sitapur parking after checking
the Pass. Start from Sitapur by trek to Sonprayag bridge (1.5km Trek). Start from Sonprayag bridge
by Jeep (Jeep fare own cost up and down) for Gourikund. Reaching Gourikund at 09:00hrs. Start from
Gourikund at 09:30hrs by trek/horse for Kedarnath. Reaching Kedarnath within 20:00hrs and night
stay at GMVN Tent at Kedarnath. For the guest of helicopter start from Guptakashi Hotel by jeep for
Helipad(Jeep fare own cost up and down) with in mention time. Reaching Kedarnath and night stay
at GMVN Tent, Kedarnath.

Day 6

Puja at Kedarnath Temple

Morning Puja at Kedarnath Temple from 06:00hrs to 09:00hrs and back to Gourikund/Phata or Sersi
by same way. Night stay at Guptakashi Hotel.

Day 7

for Pipulkothi

After breakfast Start from Guptakashi Hotel at 07:00hrs by Tempo Traveller or Bus (2/2) for
Pipulkothi and on the way coverage Tunganath by trek /Horse ride (Horse ride own cost). Reaching
Pipulkothi at 19:00hrs. Night Stay at Pipukothi Hotel.

Day 8

for Badrinarayan.

After Breakfast Start from Pipulkothi at 06:00hrs by Tempo Traveller or Bus (2/2) for Badrinarayan.
Reaching Badrinarayan at 13:00hrs and transfer to Hotel/Guest House. After lunch visit Managram,
Bosistha Guha& Bhimpul by Tempo Traveller or Bus (2/2) (Own Expense Per Head Rs.400/-) Evening
puja and darshan at Badrinath Temple. Night stay at Badrinarayn Hotel/Guest House.

Payments Terms

* Railway birth depends completely on Railway Authorities.
* Food during the Train Journey was not provided by us.
* For reservation 40% per head shall have to be deposited and final payment will have to be made before 15 days from the date of journey.
* If anybody cancel the tour after reservation the seats, the amount shall be refundable to the passengers after deduction the amount on his total bill in the manner stated below.
* If there in any increase in railway, bus fare, car fare and passenger tax the difference amount has to be borne by the party.
* Booking of seats means that the passengers has accepted the terms and conditions of TARAKNATH TRAVELS knowing it clearly.
* Passengers should be responsible for their own luggages.
* Management will not undertake any liability towards any loss/damage of life/property, any breakage or any other belongings whatever of the Tourist-caused by any accident / theft / robbery or any other untoward happenings during the tour.
* When tour cancelled by the management the entire amount deposited by the party shall be refunded within 60days from the schedule date of journey.
* In case of Natural Calamities Tour has been cancelled, 20% cancellation charge of total tour cost.
* In case of Natural Calamities if rail, air will be cancelled by the authority, 20% will be deducted from the tour value at per head basis and rest of the amount will be adjusted as per choice of the party with any other tour company within one year.
* Entire amount of advance payment will be forfeited in the case of journey cancelled by the party as per rules of the company.
* In case of single person full room fare of various sector of the said tour have to pay additionally along with the packaged tour amount.
* Tour programme may be changed due to natural calamity, disruption of communication, political disturbance and also rail transport problem.
* Manager reserves the right to change or alternate the final program during the tour.
* The passengers are expected to co-operate, show restraint, patience and behave properly during the tour.
* Any dispute will be solved in Serampore Jurisdiction.

Cancellation & Refund Policy

* After Booking AC & SL Class Passengers Rs.1000/- & Rs.700/- + 10% per head of the package cost.
* 120 days before AC & SL Class Passengers Rs.1000/- & Rs.700/- + 20% per head of the package cost.
* 90 days before AC & SL Class Passengers Rs.1000/- & Rs.700/- + 30% per head of the package cost.
* 60 days before AC & SL Class Passengers Rs.1000/- & Rs.700/- + 40% per head of the package cost.
* 30 days before AC & SL Class Passengers Rs.1000/- & Rs.700/- + 45% per head of the package cost.
* 15 days before AC & SL Class Passengers Rs.1000/- & Rs.700/- + 60% per head of the package cost.
* No Refund is Allowed of Cancellation is made within 10 days.
